Maria is fascinated by Guido, but the doctor seems completely uninterested in her. Meanwhile, Ciccio, after a prank that nearly ended in tragedy, attempts to escape from Lele in Australia.

It will take his family's help to pull him out of this dark depression.

Meanwhile, Guido makes house calls, and patients show up at the Martini house because they want only him.

On the way to church, Maria realizes she wants Guido and runs to the station...
